The Aion® 2.1 Part 2 update is heading to the North American and European Union test servers (PTS) on Thursday, January 20, 2011, and we’ve scheduled its release to the live servers on Wednesday, January 26, 2011. The 2.1 Part 2 update focuses on crafting in Aion, and it includes new crafting recipes. We’ll post the release notes when the update is pushed to the PTS.

Many of you are working on skilling up your crafting professions. In celebration of this patch’s crafting focus, the Atreia’s Artisan Expo event is coming back for an entire week. From January 26 through February 2, the craftspeople of Atreia will have a blowout weeklong event featuring accelerated crafting, essencetapping, and aethertapping.
